This self-employed position has a generous commission structure. Most suited for a competent recruiter. However, we will also consider those who have excellent networking, sales and communication skills, also, a background in education would be a great advantage. Candidates must be self-driven and capable of working independently without direction, but we are here to answer any questions.. 

 

This role was developed to meet the demands of our expanding company. Candidates will design and oversee campaigns to interact with customers and other target audiences in order to produce leads. With a passion for learning, student Recruitment Lead Generator will stay current with new trends. 

 

To put it briefly, you will utilise your knowledge of both online and offline marketing to raise awareness of our degree programmes and draw applicants in. 

 

 

You'll be in charge of generating leads, managing your marketing campaign, scheduling and doing online demonstrations, and boosting sales, while upholding the ethos of Course Detective. Among the responsibilities are: 

 

Creating and running your own marketing strategy, which may include email campaigns, webinars, events, physical pop-up shops, marketing for products and services, social and business media, etc. With this, you'll have complete control and flexibility. 

Generating leads by investigating to find business opportunities 

Contacting potential learners by phone and email to explain the service and make a pitch 

 

Assisting businesses in growing by attending to client feedback and putting ideas to work to improve the quality of the service.

Commission based pay at attractive rates 

 

You will be paid commission per application signing, and an additional payment if the lead is successful. This increases with the volume of leads, so the more leads you obtain, the higher the payment. As an example; 

Commission per enquiry (a completed form) 1-10 leads is £3, commission for the converted lead, a full enrolment is £30. As another example, If you reach 41+ the commission per enquiry (a completed form) would be £35, and for the converted lead, it would be £250, this can also increase even further with increased leads.
