LEVEL 3 AWARD IN COACHING AND MENTORING  

This TQUK Level 3 Award in Coaching and Mentoring is for anyone who wants to build the confidence, skills, and knowledge to coach and mentor individuals as part of their job position in the workplace. This certification is for people who want to work in first-line management positions, such as first-line managers and team leaders. Counsellors, mentors, persons with a background in coaching, teachers, or anyone interested in becoming a life coach should pursue this certification. 

 

Our TQUK Level 3 Award in Coaching and Mentoring is open to anybody, especially those who want to work as a coach or mentor for people or groups, or who are interested in the subject or want to advance in their career. 

 

You should have at least a Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy, or an equivalent qualification. 

You must be completely dedicated to learning and completing your qualification. 

You must be at least 18 years old. 

 

This TQUK Level 3 Award in Coaching and Mentoring is designed to help you gain a better understanding of coaching and mentoring ideas and practises. This will assist students in further increasing their understanding of the impact of coaching on performance in a context. Individuals will learn about the roles and responsibilities of coaches and mentors through this certification. 

 

A workbook with assessment questions will be used to assess the qualification. Each learner must respond to each assessment question in order to demonstrate mastery of all learning outcomes and assessment criteria. 

 

The amount of time it takes you to finish the framework is totally dependent on your commitment and motivation to complete the assignments. Learners usually finish a Level 3 in Coaching and Mentoring in 3-6 months.
