Level 2 Award in Principles of Customer Service
This qualification provides learners with a good grounding in the basic principles of competent customer service that can be applied to a range of roles.
Duration: You will be taught in a 1 day group session.
Upon completing the course you will:
Understand the Key Principles involved in good customer service.
Be able to identify a customer's needs and expectations.
Understand how to communicate effectively with customers.
Understand the actions to be taken when a customer's needs are not met.
Internal Assessment: To demonstrate your understanding you will sit a final multiple choice test, marked by your tutor.
