This qualification will provide you with the essential information required to work with patients' records and reports within the Health and Social Care Sector. 
This qualification is taught as part of a 1 day group lesson. 
You will be taught to understand and make use of: 
The different purposes of each type of record or report. 
The key principles of practice when recording information in the Health and Social Care sector. 
The guidelines in place to maintain the security and confidentiality of records. 
Assessment Structure: 
Internal Assessment: You will be required to demonstrate your understanding by sitting a single multiple choice paper marking by your tutor.
