Course Content:
This qualification will provide you with the skills:
To understand the personal requirement of a Leadership or Management role.
To understand the importance of mental health in the workplace.
For effective team management and communication.
For effective decision making and problem solving as a leader.
To effectively manage workplace change.
How we will teach you:
The course is taught through an individual remote learning programme that makes use of online activities and interactive resources. This is so you will be able to study at a time that suits you best.

We aim to be here for you when you need to support, so will make sure you keep us up to date with ongoing email and phone contact.
The same modules are available to study across all 3 qualifications- Award, Certificate and Diploma but they do differ in quantity and in the level of commitment that is required for the completion of each.
